Sealants
Quality Sealant
Application
From the out set, fastglobe have prided
itself on the standard and quality of sealant application
that we are able to achieve.
Favouring the use of materials produced
by the leading manufacturers, we can in turn look forward
to outstanding technical support from these companies
which is passed on to yourselves to achieve the optimum
end result.
When analysed, waterproofing and sealant
application to a modern construction project can, in
the majority of cases, cost less than 1% of the final
project value.
Although only a small percentage, this
amount has often been poorly spent in the past and quite
often these works have been undertaken by inexperienced
and un-trained operatives which has resulted in a failed
or un-tidy installation.
These elements will be an extremely
expensive and difficult process to rectify. The process
will undoubtably cause disruption to your client and
the "hard earnt" reputation that you have
built up or maintained will be on the line.
We feel that you will be pleasantly
surprised when considering cost options as we can afford
to charge you for a quality supply and apply package,
which is often favorable when compared against what
your costs would be to just buy the materials from the
manufacturers.
The industry has ever changing technologies
and as we only deal with the leading manufacturers,
are constantly up-dated with information on the best
products for the tasks in hand.
We are approved applicators

Also, as part of the Building Regulations
Part L [2002], for all new buildings with a gross floor
area over 1,000m2, an "Air Tightness Certificate"
has to be provided.
This means extensive use of sealants
and expanding foams in order to achieve this.
This work is often awkward to access
and overcome and may sometimes require specialist access.
We have a wealth of experience in undertaking such works,
often with fire rated sealants.
As a benefit to our commitment to service
within the industry, all our operatives are IPAF certified
and 70% have CSCS cards.
